Colseal surface repair

Colseal is a pre-mixed slurry seal for sealing utility reinstatement and patch repairs. It is also ideal for sealing pre-surface dressing patches. It can also be used for covering score marks and for the treatment of driveways and pathways.

Colseal

Colseal is a specially designed bituminous binder sealer used to rejuvenate and re-seal old and worn macadam driveways, restoring its appearance and extending the life of the surface.

COLSEAL works best when the existing driveway is free of moss or any other vegetation. Any loose chippings should also be swept away.

COLSEAL should be stirred well before use.

  • COLSEAL should not be applied in ambient
    temperatures of less than 10°C.
  • Apply using a brush, roller or by a
    pressurised sprayer.
  • Do not overspread.
  • Settings times are approximately 30 minutes
    under normal
  • Avoid applying COLSEAL in damp or wet
    conditions.
  • To achieve maximum durability apply two
    coats.

Typically application rates are approximately 2m2/l per application but is very much dependant on the existing surface to be sealed.

Colseal is supplied in 15kg buckets (36 x 15kg per pallet).

Store in a cool, dry place, protect from frost.
