Eco – Armix:
- Is a delayed-set macadam binder incorporating special adhesion agents designed for the manufacture of cold laid macadam.
Manufactured to an ISO 9001:2015 Quality Production System and ISO14001:2015 Environmental Management System
Eco – Armix is a Proprietary macadam binder using adhesive agents to prevent binder stripping from coated stone.
Eco – Armix macadam meets the requirements of EN 15322 and can be stockpiled and used as needed.
Eco – Armix macadam is suitable for pothole filing and the removal of shallow depressions and restoring cuttings.
- Eco – Armix macadam is prepared by mixing selected graded aggregate with Eco – Armix Binder. Mixing can be carried out using crushed aggregate in a paddle type macadam mixer or in a conventional Hot Mix Plant.
- Eco – Armix macadam can be stockpiled for an indefinite period after mixing and still remain plastic inside the outer skin which forms on the stockpile.
